Julia Roberts put her three-bedroom, two-bath Malibu home up for rent for $10,500 a month on Tuesday.

The ranch is a mix of 'modern meets cozy' with its newly updated floor plan and lush outdoor property that's adorned with fruit tress and tropical plants.

The Oscar-winning actress bought the 1650 square foot home last year for $3.895 million.
