Julia Roberts and her husband of 19 years Danny Moder were seen holding hands on a rare outing in New York City on Friday.

Following a romantic dinner at Amali restaurant, the couple packed on the PDA as they tenderly embraced on their late-night stroll around Manhattan.

For their date night, the Oscar-winning actress, 53, wore a long black dress with a low-cut neckline, a Louis Vuitton crossbody bag and Birkenstocks.

She styled her blonde tresses in loose curls and accessorized with a pair of glasses and a gold pendant necklace.   

Roberts and her spouse, who share 16-year-old twins Hazel and Phinnaeus and son Henry, 14, both wore face masks amid the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Meanwhile, Moder wore a navy blue button-down, dark-wash jeans and suede sneakers.

Julia and Danny met in 2000 on the set of her film The Mexican and married two years later on her New Mexico ranch.

The couple have worked together on a number of films together since first meeting, including 2003's Mona Lisa Smile, and the 2008 film Fireflies In The Garden.

Daniel was also cinematographer on the set of Secret In Their Eyes, a 2015 thriller which costarred Julia along with Nicole Kidman and Chiwetel Ejiofor.

Both Danny and Julia took to their respective Instagram accounts on July 4th of this year, to mark their 19th wedding anniversary.

The couple both shared sweet selfies, which Julia captioned, '19 years. Just getting started! #conwings'.

Moder's post was slightly more reflective, writing in the caption: 'Today we start our 20th year of marriage. This photo was on a dusty road before that big idea … just holding on to this beautiful girl one day at a time. One epic day at a time.'
